Chrissy's Chili Recipe... A recipe from a Registered Dietitian!

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (bigger can) tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
cumin
hot sauce
chili powder
salt
pepper

Just cooked the meat, added the garlic, onion, pepper and cooked.. Added the tomato sauce and paste, then the spices and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then I drained the beans, rinsed with water (to decrease salt, haha) and added them to the pot. I kept adding hot sauce until it was spicy enough...I also just added spices til I thought it tasted good.
