Taco Salad Inspired By Heidi

Taco Salad



Salad Goods
Romaine Lettuce
1 diced vine tomato
1 avocado
1 8 oz can of sliced Olives
1/4 cup (about) of diced Sweet Onions
1 can of organic Black Beans

1 lb of ground beef (i used organic)
To the browning ground beef add
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 clove of garlic

For the Dressing
Regular Sour Cream
Medium Salsa

All you have to do for the salad is chop all the veggies to your liking. Put them all on a plate with a spoon for grabbing. For the ground beef, put in a pan on medium heat until brown. When the beef is 3/4 of the way to being done add the chili powder, cumin, and garlic. Place that in a bowl next to the salad fixings. In a bowl mix salsa and sour, about 2/3 salsa and 1/3 sour cream. All you have to do now is mix your favorite ingredients in a bowl, spoon some dressing on and enjoy.

This was inspired by Heidi because during our daily emails she mentioned that she was going to have Taco Salad for dinner. This craving lasted all day. So there you have it, Taco Salad inspired by Heidi.
